Bronte Road Bistro, a small, atmospheric restaurant located in the heart of Charing Cross. Opened by husband and wife team Stewart and Jessica Parsons, 1st October 2008.

Matt Barnett has joined Bronte Road Bistro as head chef from September 2011. After running his own restaurant, Element Bistro in the Sydney CBD for the past 4 years, he has opted for a sea change. With him comes a repertoire of bistro favourites which are sure to satisfy. The menu has a slightly more Mediterranean feel, however, bistro staples such as steak frites and duck confit are ever present.

The restaurant is fully licensed with an eclectic wine list offering plenty of options by the glass. For the wine lovers out there, our reserve list includes a vast array of vintage wines which are stored at optimum temperatures in a Vintech wine fridge.
