Heritage beef plus roast vegetables and our famous cabbage salad.

 
 

Heritage Beef is derived from specially selected British breeds of cattle.

With a focus on the slower growing breeds, the beef has been dry aged in the Adelaide hills in a room containing 4 tonnes of himalayan rock salt giving a unique micro climate.

All cattle in the Heritage Beef program are sourced from the limestone-rich coastal areas of South Australia and expertly finished on a diet of mixed grains and roughage to ensure good fat cover.
